Historic New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Germantown is excited to announce the opening of their new fitness center at the Family Life Center. They hope that in pursuit of a healthy spirit the members, and local neighbors, will work toward a healthy body. The fruition of the fitness center comes from the hard work and ambition of Carolyn Wright, Carolyn Ester, Co-Directors of Health Ministry and a group of health oriented members.

Admission is free for members and the public. Interested parties must complete the wavier and release forms as well as follow good workout courtesy. Water bottles with spill-proof lids are welcome.

The health center is open Monday through Wednesday (10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.) and Friday (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Bring your towel and prepare for a good workout.

The New Bethel Health Ministry invites you to "Healthy Moves" Join us as we dance our way to good health. Let's get fit for the Master's Use. Health awareness discussion will include hypertension and diabetes. Free give-aways (pedometers, water bottles and door prizes). Refreshments will be served
